Complete Turnkey Solutions
Whether you want to add an automated pallet dispenser to one of our QSP models or have us design and engineer a complete packaging line, you can rely on MMCI Automation. Common Options
Automated Dispensing Systems
While palletizers in our QSP line can be outfitted with end-of-arm tooling capable of dispensing pallets and sheets, we have also developed our own high speed, automated pallet dispensers and slip sheet dispensers that integrate seamlessly with most configurations.
Upstream Systems
A palletizing system is only going to be as fast as the system feeding it, so we often evaluate the entire system and install conveyor systems, case labelers, case sorters, and other automation designed to improve productivity, accuracy and quality.
Downstream Systems
Our team can integrate shuttle carts, stretch wrappers, scales or other equipment to automate downstream processes.
Quality Assurance Systems
We will often outfit inbound conveyors with sensors, in-motion scales and other quality assurance checks and then combine with "reject conveyors" that ensure improperly packaged or damaged items are not placed on the pallets.
