Cart Picking Order Fulfillment

Warehouse pick carts can be configured to fit your order profiles and fulfillment needs. Cart shelves can be configured to accommodate multiple containers or totes in almost any configuration. Each order is pick into an assigned container, allowing the order picker to pick multiple orders on the cart in a single pass through the warehouse.

When combined with cubing, powered by our DCX Software Suite, the proper box size for the order is requested at the start of the pick, allowing the picker to pick directly into the shipping container and eliminating the need for deconsolidation at pack-out.
