Your project manager will coordinate with the equipment suppliers, installers, and your in-house maintenance team and/or engineers to ensure the right equipment arrives at the right time and in the optimal condition. During this portion of the process, they will receive, review, and communicate status reports from the installation team to keep the process on-time and on-budget.
Following system approval, your project manager will schedule the appropriate equipment and controls operator training for the new system and provide maintenance manuals, preventative maintenance schedules, and a comprehensive parts stocking recommendation to keep your warehouse automation systems up and running for years to come.
